Delivery Information

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver within 7 days of your order being accepted. Unless otherwise specified on the product page, please allow up to 14 days during peak trading times for delivery within mainland UK and up to 21 days for delivery elsewhere.

We embroider our own garments on site and always keep a large quantity of plain garments in stock. If we do have a problem with your order, one of our sales staff will contact you.

We charge a flat rate delivery of £5.95 per order.

RESERVE AND COLLECT

You can reserve and collect from either of our Bramhall Lane Shop in Stockport, or our Market Street shop in Marple.

As some products will need to be made to order, please wait till you receive an email from us telling you that your order is ready before coming to collect.

For products that we have in-stock you would usually hear from us within a couple of hours, if your order is placed within shop opening hours.
