Returns Policy
Cancelling an Order
a) If you haven’t submitted an order, you may clear the items in your shopping basket at any time prior by clicking the ‘Remove’ button next to the product ordered in you shopping basket.
b) If you have submitted your order and received your confirmation email from us, you can still cancel provided that it has not yet entered the dispatch process. Please reply to the email and mark it ‘URGENT CANCELLATION’ in the subject heading. Please ensure you list your name, invoice address post code, product ordered and order number on the email.
c) If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours of the order being placed, you will need to wait until you receive the product and then follow our returns procedure. We operate a No Quibbles Returns policy.
d) Once we’ve received notification from you that you wish to cancel an order, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to that credit or debit account within 7 days of your return being received by us, provided the goods are in the same condition that they were when delivered to you. You will be liable for any charges incurred when returning the goods to us, unless the return is as a result of an error on our side.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Badged operate a flexible and fair refund / returns policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return any* item to us in its original packaged condition complete with labels within 28 days of receipt. Exchanges or refund outside this period will be at the discretion of Badged. Returns are at your cost and at your responsibility until they reach us. We strongly advise that a receipt is obtained for your return and that you check that the value is protected in the event of being lost in transit.
*Please note that your right to return items does not apply to products which fall into the following categories unless they are faulty.
- Goods made or supplied to order
- Socks and tights removed from packaging
- Under garments and mouthguards
Incorrect/Faulty Goods Procedure
For items sent incorrectly against your order, please contact us within 28 days of receipt to request authorisation to return. Returns outside this period will be at the discretion of Badged. Please obtain a receipt of posting as returns remain your responsibility until they reach us.
Items returned as faulty within 6 months of purchase will be inspected and if considered to be faulty due to a manufacturer fault will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Badged. Due to the nature of school and work wear, items will only be considered for inspection within 6 months of purchase. Anything over 6 months old will be dealt with at the discretion of Badged.
